Welcome!

I want to personally thank you for visiting my website.
Along my path of writing “Women's Fiction”, I discovered that life happens for us no matter the calling. That every woman has a name and each woman's name means something entirely different based on their personal experience, binding them to that name. We are inherently tied to those experiences emotionally with relatable trials and triumphs. My quest in communicating by pen to paper, through “Women's Fiction,” is to get women to understand they wear their names extraordinarily.

ABOUT THE BOOK

She Wore The Name by Theresa A. Ward

SHE WORE THE NAME

To forge her own way and escape her past, Sarai Chameleon has set out to create life on her own terms. That is, until her past suddenly returns as if by entitlement. He knows her hellish secret, for it is of his crafting. He further knows that, if divulged, it stands to topple two of the country’s most prominent families, his and hers. Believing himself to be strong and Sarai weak, he recklessly sees only the damage to Sarai. With the possibility of her family being shattered into thousands of explosive shards, what will Sarai do?

Born in Montgomery, Alabama, into the safety of generational riches and power, Sarai discovers that neither money nor upbringing can insulate her from the surprising cruelties of wealth. For her, the name Sarai Chameleon is a source of strength, certainty, and pride, and though scarred and dented in battle, it proves itself to be ready, and a solid armor in any battle.

HOW I WEAR MY NAME

I have decided to challenge myself to challenge me every day. I will look in the mirror till I cry or laugh. In me there is humor, charm and popularity but there is also, on the far end, despair. I have chosen not to let the Dark-Man take me. The sun rising every day tells me I have a new chance at life, and I can get it right.

So, if I want to run in the rain with no clothing on or shave my hair off and wear red lipstick with my fair skin, I will do just that. If it means me pleasing myself and the orgasm belongs to me exclusively, it shall be.

A tattoo with my conservatism is my business, by the way my tattoo says “forget-you on my behind.” If I must change my name to Miss Blue and move to the other side of the world to have peace and no one sees me again, that is my refining moment, and no one can have it.

I am happy with this one life given to me. I am beautiful, fabulous, needed and loved.

I am a harvester of souls, and I am working to be the best I can with the name given to me.

My name is Theresa Ward, and this is how I wear my name!
